| In a biker's world freedom of the road also means the freedom to stop and rest awhile. "I wanted to paint a current Harley-Davidson motorcycle in a setting all riders would recognize," the artist comments. "These folks really love to escape the city and ride the back roads. Stopping at a country store for refreshments is as much of the experience as feeling the wind on your face when you're rolling down the road. Life seems less complicated without so many people around to distract you." These riders will be headed out shortly, their departure signaled by Harley's distinctive V-Twin growl. |
